A Brighter Future

A Brighter Future

Giving back to our community is an important part of our culture at Prophix. We believe in investing in our employees and the causes they are passionate about. Our charitable efforts focus on education, poverty, health and/or the environment.

Each quarter, our team identifies charitable initiatives that are making a lasting and positive change in their communities. When we meet our quarterly revenue target as a company, we donate $25,000 to our chosen project.

To encourage company-wide engagement, employees are first given a chance to nominate a cause of their choice. From the nominations, our Leadership Team picks their top 6 choices. And after a week-long voting period, we chose a winner!

This quarter, we are happy to be supporting the Liberty for Youth – Bright Choices Program. Bright Choices mentors youth at risk of dropping out of school by supporting them in completing their secondary education, setting them on the path to success. This program is incredibly important because the lack of a high school diploma is one of the major determinants of poverty.
