An Update for Our Customers

We are all adjusting to a new reality here in Canada and around the world. I wanted to take a minute to recognize the current situation we find ourselves in before we discuss the steps we’ve taken at Prophix.

We are living in unprecedented times. This pandemic is affecting every one of us. For those of us who are sick or who have loved ones suffering, we send our heartfelt wishes for a full and speedy recovery. We cannot overstate our gratitude to the women and men working on the frontlines in healthcare, first responders, retail, and many other essential businesses to care for those in need.

At Prophix, we’re focused on the health and safety of our employees, families, and community. As of March 13th, all employees have been working from home. We’ve stayed connected using technology and have found creative ways to connect, such as lunchtime yoga and virtual coffee breaks.

It’s still business as usual for us. We’re continuing to support our customers and their goals. We have the tools and experience to support implementations remotely. Our support operations are up and running, and our team is ready to work with you on any technical issues. If you need to get in touch, you can visit us at our Help Center. Our SVP, Geoff Ng, also published a blog last week detailing our Business Continuity Plans. Don’t worry, you can count on us!

We recognize that we’re very fortunate to be in an industry where it’s not only possible to continue with our everyday operations, but we can also play an important role in helping our customers in these uncertain and ever-changing times.

We have been using Prophix to re-run our corporate plans, forecast different scenarios, and most importantly, determine the impact on our cash flow to help us make informed business decisions. We want to help you do the same in these critical times.

We will be offering a bi-weekly webinar focused on helping you leverage CPM technology for your business. Here are the planned webinars:

Wednesday, April 1st – Creating a rolling forecast

Wednesday, April 15th – Scenario planning (what-if)

Wednesday, April 29th – Cash-flow planning

Expect an email with registration links!

In addition to this, we’d encourage you to connect with us in our customer VIP portal – Red Carpet. You can stay connected to thousands of other Prophix customers by posting in our online community. Staying connected with our peers is so important right now.

Finally, if you haven’t visited Prophix Academy lately, click here.

Don’t forget that you can stay connected with us anytime by contacting us at customersuccess@prophix.com.

We hope that you stay safe and healthy and we look forward to connecting with you virtually.
