Celebrating Women’s History Month with the Women of Prophix

There is still a gender gap in technology. According to Business Today Journal, there’s less than 30% of women in technology and less than 20% are in executive positions.  

In celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8th, XRAY.fm hosted all-day programming to amplify women’s voices. Part of the programming featured a 60-minute segment amplifying the voices of the women of Prophix.  

Our own Melissa Harrell Frey, Senior Solutions Manager, in conversation with Jasmin Dorsett, Marleigh White, Susan Gershman, and Mandy Poon, talked about the mountains they’ve moved as women in tech, and the biases they’ve faced throughout the course of their careers.
