ProphixEach year, BARC, a leading enterprise software industry analyst, publishes their The Planning Survey to identify the top planning software vendors. In the 2018 survey, we received top ranks for customer satisfaction and user experience in the ‘Flexible Planning Platforms’ peer group.
BARC also identified Prophix as a best-in-class vendor in the “Business Value” and “Customer Satisfaction” categories for many KPIs including “Price-to-value,” “Recommendation,” “Vendor Support,” “Implementer Support” and “Product Satisfaction.” Many of our users also praised our attractive price-performance ratio.
Prophix customers further indicated that the business benefits they receive from our solution ‘such as increased planning frequency, reduced planning complexity, more precise/detailed planning and improved integration of different sub-budgets’ has led to a significant ‘competitive advantage and better quality of planning results’ compared to other planning products on the market.
In the “User Experience” category, our solution scored well for “Reporting/Analysis Functionality,” “Ease-of-Use,” and “Flexibility.” Many of our customers cited “Good Coverage of Reporting/Analysis Functionality” and “Flexibility of the Software” as the primary reason why they chose Prophix’s Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software for their business.
Overall, positive user feedback & high KPI scores contributed to Prophix’s first-in-class recommendation rate of 88 percent, which was excellent for both of our BARC peer groups.
