An essential part of this event is recognizing the hard work and innovation of our customers and partners. We’re always amazed at what they’ve accomplished with Prophix and how they’ve positively impacted their organizations.
This year, we announced the winners on September 21 at IMPACT – the Prophix Virtual Summit to an audience of over 2,000 attendees.
Today, we’re proud to share the stories of our customers and partners who’ve transformed the way they work.
New Customer of the Year – IAMPO
IAPMO may be new to Prophix, but that has not stopped them from realizing value! They have already automated and streamlined their reporting, planning, and analytics. They have also been able to replace their fixed asset reporting software with Prophix. And it’s always great to hear that Prophix has supported career growth and transformation – Phillip Hopkins was promoted because of his involvement in implementing Prophix.
Most Innovative Customer of the Year – Gino L’Altrella, Mission Health
Gino at Mission Health has accomplished so much in his first two years with Prophix. During the past year, Mission Health has moved beyond financials and successfully leveraged Prophix for non-financial metrics, such as timekeeping and PPE usage. And talk about ROI – when a case study calculation showed an ROI of 110%, Gino said he thinks it far exceeds that! That’s not just innovation; that’s value.
Customer of the Year – Heidi Wilkerson, Christ Fellowship Church
A customer since 2015, Heidi at Christ Fellowship Church, has used Prophix to improve their reporting and planning. They have also recently migrated to Prophix Cloud, and their feedback on migrating has been invaluable to us.
International Customer of the Year – Royal British Legion
The Royal British Legion worked closely with Prophix’s UK team to create a hugely successful implementation for their business. This helped reduce the effort required to collect data from more than 100 budget managers.
North American Partner of the Year – Fusionworks
Fusionworks, based in Puerto Rico, has been a partner of ours since 2008. Despite the challenges of 2020, Fusionworks increased its year-over-year sales and actively promoted customer cloud migrations. They always deliver a high level of customer service, and we are proud to call them our partner.
International Partner of the Year – Forest Grove
Forest Grove has been a Prophix partner for 17 years and has worked tirelessly to establish Prophix’s market presence in Australia. Since the release of Prophix Cloud, Forest Grove has successfully adapted their business to new technology and subscription licensing. They have shown tremendous growth in 2021 and have migrated several long-time clients to Prophix Cloud. This award recognizes the great work they do in promoting Prophix and the technical knowledge of their consultants who support Prophix users in Australia every day.
Red Carpet Customer of the Year – Heather Taylor, Protean Electric
Heather from Protean Electric has been an active member of our Red Carpet community for several years. In fact, she had the highest number of engagements on Red Carpet in 2020. She regularly participates in discussions, completes review challenges, and is engaged with our product planning activities.
