User Conference 2017

Prophix User Conference – we’re going to Disney!

User Conference 2017

Well, we’re a few days away from the 2017 Prophix User Conference in Orlando, Florida @ Disneyworld, and it’s already shaping up to be our best one ever!

Attendance is looking to be the highest number of existing and new customers since we started these conferences several years ago.   The theme for this year is about “creating value.” We’ll be talking about how we create value by enabling our customers to be innovative while also showing that creating value for our customers is intrinsically tied to providing an exceptional customer experience. There are several ways in which the User Conference will help to achieve this – through training, knowledge transfer, product update information and access to service and support expertise.

One example of a key addition to this year’s event is our new “Customer” teams. They’ll be available onsite to meet with customers and provide the visioning they need for future applications and deployments of Prophix.

This is also the second year that we’re holding a 5km fun run at the event, and it’s fantastic to see that nearly 170 people have signed up to participate. That’s close to 50% of all attendees! I’m looking forward to the run, to the discussions, and the networking. I’m sure it’s going to be a great event.
