Spring Update

The product, development, and technology teams have been extremely busy since the start of 2017, working on numerous projects designed to improve your experience with Prophix.  I’d like to thank all customers who have voiced their feedback to the product team either via the feedback forum, interviews, or participating in our user experience lounge at the recent Prophix User Conference.  Your feedback and support has been tremendous and is greatly appreciated.

User Experience

Delivering an engaging user experience to all users of Prophix has been a key pillar of our product strategy since the company’s founding and the first version of our product.  Prophix has consistently believed that business software should always be easy and enable users to be self-sufficient, whether it be for creating integrated planning models, building and distributing financial reports, orchestrating complex business workflows, or managing regular data feeds.

Although it’s easy to single out the product interface when discussing user experience, it is much more than the colors of the screen or placement of icons.  User experience is about empowering users so that they can get their jobs done and solve business problems more effectively and efficiently.

Template Studio Web

The Spring 2017 update to Prophix Version 12 continues to deliver significant advancements to our user experience, introducing an all new HTML5 powered Template Studio.  All reports can be created and edited on any modern web browser, on any device, from anywhere.

Dashboard Studio

Additional visualizations for presenting performance metrics through interactive dashboards have been added, along with many other user recommended enhancements including responsive features to provide a better mobile device experience.

SOC 2 Compliance and Security Commitment

The Prophix Cloud has also been audited by a third-party and achieved SOC 2 compliance this year. This is your assurance that Prophix Cloud is secure by design. We feel that to deliver a great experience, our customers should be at ease with data security, confidentiality, availability, processing integrity, and other important compliance objectives.
