Here are some tips to help you get the most out of attending:

Plan ahead

Build a team schedule
Convergence can get hectic and with so many sessions, speakers, and exhibitors it will be hard to hear and see everything you’d like. View the session catalog in advance and share your interests with your team. As a group you can divide and conquer to share the knowledge after the event.

You should always have business cards, a pen, and paper on you during tradeshows, but keeping track of leads and discussions is challenging. Prepare a system for tracking if a lead is hot, warm, or cold. This will help you to divide the post-event follow-up communications.
