5 Questions with your Prophix Academy Team

Here at Prophix, we like to highlight the fantastic work that departments and individuals are doing. We sat down with Ron Massicotte, Director, Education and Training and his Prophix Academy team, Diane Martins, Training and Development Lead, and Jennifer Speer, Learning Specialist to learn more about all of the great work that they are doing.

What is Prophix Academy?

The vision and mission of the Prophix Academy is to serve customers, partners and staff. Our intent is to create a global learning organization to support and contribute to the growth of the organization for the future. We strive to create knowledge transfer and sharing, providing the best support possible for all stakeholders.

How do you support your stakeholders?

In order to successfully educate our stakeholders, we have created a sound learning model, which allows each participant to maximize their investment with Prophix, through education and training. Our blended approach creates an atmosphere in which each participant can learn and practice the concepts that are being taught.

Where is Prophix Academy?

We have a learning facility at our Head Office in Mississauga, ON, however one of the new things about Prophix Academy is that we have had a successful pilot project with an online delivery tool that will be rolled out to customers and partners over the next few months. We have stakeholders spanning the globe, and our elearning approach will allow a broader audience to take advantage of the Prophix Academy material.

What do you enjoy the most about your job?

We enjoy being able to support and empower our stakeholders with knowledge transfer and training. It gives us great pleasure knowing that we have given each Prophix Academy student the opportunity to be the best they can. In addition, we have fantastic customers, partners and staff, so it’s a lot of fun being able to interact with them in the classroom.

How can I attend Prophix Academy?

Any customer, partner or staff member has access to the Prophix Academy. We run programs year round, with an array of learning paths available.
